We have implemented a brand new SMS service that informs the customer the moment the car they booked has been returned by the previous user. The message contains the model of the car, the registration number and the start/end place and time. The message is sent a maximum of one-hour before the booked starting time.
After the member has received this message, they can start using the car, even if their booking begins one-hour later. The billing is still initiated by the opening of the car door.
